Mission accomplished!

I HAVE OFFICIALLY SURPASSED THE 40 FOLLOWER MARK!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH TO EVERYONE THAT TAKES THE TIME TO READ MY INNER THOUGHTS AND MUSINGS. THE FEELING OF HAVING A SAFE PLACE TO EXPRESS MYSELF IS INDESCRIBABLE. I TRULY APPRECIATE EVERY LIKE, COMMENT, AND FOLLOW.

on to regularly scheduled blogging…..

First day of workout complete and I’m feeling content. Obviously first day in you’re not going to see any major differences in anxiety and thought process, or will you?

I do feel “better”. In a sense that my mind isn’t racing and overthinking like I normally do. I’m wondering how long this feeling will last though, and maybe this IS in fact my overthinking kicking in. In the long run does the “better” feeling persist or is it a momentary fix like my other outlets?

I’ve become so worried about trying new things because they never work, but then how do I know it won’t work unless I try it (I can go around in circles for days, but I won’t). All I know is that right this moment I’m feeling good, and I haven’t felt this way in at least 2 weeks. I’m going to keep up this momentum and continue to build off of this feeling.

If it’s possible to feel better than this, or even feel like this, because of exercise it is most definitely worth the effort. Now I’m going to go strectch and hopefully it helps the soreness! Goodnight everybody!!
