I’ve been having ups and downs lately. It seems like my moods are a lot more switch lately, and it can be due to the simplest of things.
For example, I was making dinner for my father in law Sunday and the sweet potatoes didn’t turn out at all, like they royally tables and I didn’t serve them. That had me set to detonate with a mild panic attack. Luckily my husband talked me down and I fell asleep in the recliner which took the rest of it away. But come on…sweet potatoes caused a minor panic attack.
That being said I’m still on my diet and trying every day to be better with my health and the decisions I make. It’s tough though. I find comfort in foods I love, all of which I can’t currently eat.
My hope is tomorrow, next week, next month will keep getting easier. And that in turn my health and my weight get back in order.
