I’ve learned so have zero of it. Like it’s non existent for some reason. so new goal for this month. Have more self control.
In cravings, in food consumption, in sweets I eat. ALL OF IT. Half the time I overindulged and then feel sick, and the other half I overindulge and then feel sluggish so it’s really not a good thing anyways.
So I will say no to the donuts, no to going out to lunch, no to picking up dinner instead of cooking, no to late night snacks, etc etc. Let’s see how it goes!!!
