I’m struggling to find motivation to do what I need. I can’t seem to stick to anything. Exercise, diet, logging food, etc.

How do people do it? Why do I feel so damn weak? I am disappointed in myself, I know I can do better and yet I don’t. I know losing weight is not a want but a need for my health, and yet I still can’t get my shit together.

Any tips or ideas are welcome.

One suggestion…instead of focusing on what’s wrong with you, focus on what’s right in your world. Think of several things you can be thankful for, even if it’s something small like a beautiful day, something nice someone said to you, clean water to drink, etc. You don’t have to deny the things you are unhappy about and make believe they don’t exist. However, when your focus changes to the positives, your mindset shifts, and you will feel better. Trust me, it works 🙂

thank you so very much for the suggestion..I think that is a good way to start. Sometimes I forget about the good that’s around.


Having the focus and discipline to workout by yourself or eat better by yourself, for alot is very hard. But like the other guy posted focus on the feeling you have when you see you have lost weight, the feeling you get when someone says wow have you lost weight?? It is hard right now to keep positive energy around you when there is so much negative… push that away. And just sit and play with the pups… they are naturally trying to get you positive again feel their energy. You can do it!!! Sometimes you slip and miss a step or feel negative. Its ok, as long as you see it say yup and move past it to the positive… believe in yourself !!! You can do it!!!! 🙂
