Gentle Reminders

Be kind, be patient, be courteous.

We don’t know what others are going through. We don’t know the pain they are experiencing. We don’t know the grief they carry. We don’t know the day they’ve had, or what they are going home to.

We have the ability to make our interactions with others positive and caring, it can make all the difference in that moment. one act of kindness goes a long long way.

Stay Safe.

All jokes aside wash your hands and be mindful of the elderly and those with compromised immune systems. Even though to my age group the virus isn’t life threatening it can still affect those around me.

Be mindful and be kind!!

Short and Sweet

You never know who around you is suffering. Whether it be from anxiety, stress, a physical disease, or anything else really. Don’t ever let what you’re feeling take away from what others around you might be feeling.

Be aware. Be Kind. Be Thoughtful.
