I loved Christmas. It went so well and the love and family time (though limited) was a great refresher.
I didn’t want to come back to work today. I wanted to stay home with my pups and just laze around, but alas here I am at work.
Having time off is nice and I appreciate being given that option, but it makes it so hard to come back and get into the swing of things.
Feeling a little blue and a lot sleepy, but hopefully this day will pass quickly.

I am pretty
I am smart
I am capable
I make better choices today
So I’ve been home for about 2 hours now and have only accomplished watching tik tok and YouTube videos. my next class for school starts tomorrow and I wanted to relax tonight, but I’m feeling restless.
It’s hard to put into words exactly. Almost like I want to scratch off my skin while cleaning the house while doing nothing. It’s odd to say the least.
Reading seemed like a good idea about my mind is t able to focus on words on a page right now, so I’m stuck.
Can anyone relate or explain what’s going on? Maybe my anxiety is ramping up?
Alas Monday has arrived and I am back at work. I was a little restless at home, but not necessarily ready to come back either.
Here’s hoping it’ll be a good Monday to start off the week!
Yesterday and today have been hectic but good days. So much house work got done, and yet so much is left to do.
But I’m thankful. For my husband that is skilled in most things. For my father in law that is always there when we need him. For my furbabies that always make me smile when I’m stressed or having a rough day.
My school work for the week is 95% done and I’m ahead of schedule which give me time to breathe and help out more at home.
I find that though I am lazy to the core, I have been enjoying putting in work to make our home so much better. It’s been amazing to see how far it’s come in the little over a year since we bought it.
Now for some down time with hubby and pups, and hopefully some cuddles. Have a great night everybody!
